If you can get around the really bad casting choice of Vikander (she's too small and her voice is weird) and the repeating of the same flashback 50 times, you might be able to forgive this movie. It looks like a Bourne film and quacks like a Bourne film, but... it doesn't really feel like a Bourne film, even though there are some typically impactful action sequences and Greengrass admirably trying to outdo the dizzying heights of Bourne v Desh. Some elements feel forced (the technology theme is pushed a little too hard) but there's an interesting subplot emerging involving Aaron Kalur and in the climax when one blood spattered man says to another, you're a traitor, it's in your blood" there's a really striking impact.
