Delete your CineSnack account
Use this page to request deletion of your CineSnack account and associated app data, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Request deletion
Email the CineSnack team from the email address on your CineSnack account and ask us to delete your account.
Email deletion requestIf you cannot email from the original account address, include enough information for us to verify ownership before deletion.
What we delete
- Your CineSnack account profile, including name and email address.
- Your CineSnack Points balance and rewards history.
- Your in-app cinema account connection records.
- Your CineSnack app booking and food order history where deletion is not restricted by legal or accounting requirements.
What may be retained
We may retain limited transaction records where required for fraud prevention, chargeback handling, accounting, tax, legal, or cinema partner operational obligations. These records are retained only for as long as needed for those purposes.
